  16. Doctor Strange 2 is not a public domain program but
  17. has been published with the full source code, graphics
  18. and music included to encourage the development of the
  19. game and others like it.  It must be used in accordance
  20. within the following conditions.

  22. In the following restrictions any reference to a published
  23. program means a public domain program.  If any other type of
  24. published program, such as shareware and commercial, uses
  25. any files or their source, from this disk then th suthors
  26. must be contacted and conditions agreed on for the usage
  27. of the material.

  30. All rights to the code, graphics and music remain the
  31. property of the authors Ian West and Jonathan Eggelton and
  32. cannot be used without the permission of the authors.

  35. The Doctor Strange 2 disk and its contents are freely
  36. distributable as long as the disks and its contents are
  37. not tampered with and stay in their original condition.

  40. If you use the editor for your own private use then no
  41. money needs to be payed to either of the authors.  If
  42. it is used to produce a PD program/file then a
  43. registration of five pounds must be sent to the
  44. authors at the above address and a credit included with
  45. the program/file.

  48. The source code has been included for anybody wishing
  49. to learn AMOS and see how the game was run.  It is
  50. encouraged for programmers to use the code for their
  51. own projects.  If any part of the source code is used
  52. in a PD program then a registration fee of ten
  53. pounds  must be sent to the authors and the authors
  54. credited in the published program.  This fee is in
  55. addition to any other registration fee.

  57. When you register the usage of the source code then
  58. you will receive a technical guide to the code and
  59. level files.

  61. The source code restriction also covers the use of any
  62. graphics and music from Doctor Strange 2.  This is that
  63. a registration fee of ten pounds must be sent to the
  64. authors if the game is to be used in a PD program.
